         The  Villa-Ioanna  is a neoclassic building, where it was built in the beginning of the 18 th  century in the village  Fournes  in the province Kydonias of Chania. It was a group   from residence and oil factory of  that season where it was later shared in different householders, as the existing building in the family Tzeraki and the next man in the family Haziraki. The  Villa Ioanna  the dues the 18th and 19th century became  Municipal School,  for the education of young persons of season, and under in the current room of reception was the  Community Office of season (Chairman of Community).

          First renovation of building became in the beginnings 1930, where it was lived as residence by the family Tzeraki. The house visited the  Eletherios Venizelos, the big politician and leader of season, at year 1932 according to the testimonies of residents. Also it visited regularly Fournes because the a lot of friendly relations that it had with the residents of village. Next years (1955-1964) visited Oven and his son  Sophocles Venizelos big political and this, where he was worshipper and played the known game britz with the local.           In the start of B of World War in 1941 it visited the house the  king Georgios  B΄  with the then government of Greece. They left from Athens, for Egypt via means of Crete, so as to they avoid the German possession. At the duration of German possession 1941-1944 the house was lived from certain young officer  friendly according to the testimonies. Afterwards the retirement of possession the house was lived again, from the family Tzeraki and until today from the descendants of family.

 

           In 1995 the house was characterized as  preservable neoklasiko building of season, from the Ministry of Culture. The second renovation of building began in November 2003  until May 2005, under the supervision of Ministry of Culture. The house via observed absolutely the character externally and internally.
